These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Corinne Fricker, self-employed person, responsible for the Ratnadevi jewelry line whose head office is located at 7, rue Saint-Jean – 13007 MARSEILLE, registered in the SIRET directory under the number 33367676500030 , hereinafter referred to as “Ratnadevi” and managing the site www.ratnadevi.com and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.ratnadevi.com, hereinafter referred to as “ the buyer ”.

ART 1

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between Ratnadevi and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.ratnadevi.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read before placing his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site www.ratnadevi.com is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have the full legal capacity, allowing it to engage under these general conditions of sale.

Ratnadevi retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.

ART 2 – PRODUCTS

The products offered are those which appear on the site www.ratnadevi.com, while stocks last.

Ratnadevi reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description showing its main characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not commit Ratnadevi in ​​any way. The sale of products presented on the site www.ratnadevi.com is intended for all buyers residing in countries which fully authorize the entry into their territory of these products.

ART 3 – TARIFFS

The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalog are prices in Euros (€), all taxes included. Ratnadevi reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The delivery of products is carriage paid from any order over 150 euros in France. For other orders it is subject to Colissimo shipping rates.

To overseas countries: € 15.65 / Time: 5 to 7 days
To the European Union: € 12.55 / Deadline: 3 to 5 days
Internationally: € 27.30 / Time: 5 to 7 days
The deadlines are given as an indication, subject to any delays related to the delivery which are beyond our control.

ART 4 – ORDER , MODALITY OF PAYMENT

To order, the buyer must validate his shopping cart and follow the instructions,

Secure payment by Paypal or credit card via the Paypal system: the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the “basket”, modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.). Then, the buyer chooses the means of payment “PayPal” or “Bank card”, provides the requested information (delivery address, billing address, etc.), accepts these general conditions of sale and pays for his order. He can pay either by logging into his Paypal account, or directly by card if he does not have a Paypal account. If payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract definitively formed. Payment by Paypal account or by credit card is irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use of it, the buyer may dispute the debit with his bank.
The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having full knowledge of them and the waiver of its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. ARTICLE 5. Retention of title

Ratnadevi retains full and entire ownership of the products sold until full collection of the price, in principal, including costs and taxes.

ARTICLE 6. WITHDRAWAL

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the cost of return.

ARTICLE 7. DELIVERY

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographic area. Deliveries are made by Colissimo. The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman. The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the time the items leave the premises of Ratnadevi. The buyer is required to check in the presence of the La Poste employee or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Our creations are handcrafted in limited edition, in the event that a model is sold out, it is possible to order it with an additional delay of 2 to 3 days.

ARTICLE 8. Guarantee

All products supplied by Ratnadevi benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to Ratnadevi who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All complaints, requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made by post to the following address: 7, rue Saint-Jean – 13007 MARSEILLE, within 15 days of delivery.

ARTICLE 9. Liability

Ratnadevi, in the distance selling process, is bound only by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.
